For a refund or store credit, e-mail support@ginger-u.com within 30 days of Product delivery. Your e-mail must include the following: (1) your purchase information; (2) a clear photograph of the Product’s front side; and (3) the reason(s) for your dissatisfaction. (The latter is important because we value feedback on our products.) Gift card purchases are eligible for store credit only.

This money back guarantee (1) excludes process/shipping cost, (2) is good for first time orders of one Product unit only and (3) is limited to one return per customer (or shipping address) per Product. The 30-day period begins on the day of Product delivery.

We reserve the right to cancel the guarantee if we suspect any abuse of our money back guarantee offer.

Order Error

If there is a Product error in your order, we will correct the error promptly. Please e-mail support@ginger-u.com within 7 days of Product delivery. Your e-mail must include the following: (1) your purchase information; (2) a description of the error; and (3) a clear photograph showing the error.

Order Cancelation or Change of Address

All orders are processed immediately after order placement. As a result, if the Product has been shipped, we are unable to cancel the order or change the shipping address.
